We really were not in the room much accept to shower and sleep. The beds were very comfortable. The location was very good for us because we were doing a trade show at The Valley Forge Convention Center. even the price was a very good deal.
There were loud teenagers in the halls after midnight and we could hear them running up and down the halls and being very loud. I just feel they need a little more insulation to cut down on the noise.
Absolute bare minimum, a bit shabby and depressing. Although the room and bathroom appeared clean, upon entering the room we were hit with a very musty/not fresh smell.
This was a real bargain for a facility so close to Philadelphia.
the staff were very friendly, Jessica was very helpful in accomadating my Autistic son with a few requests we had. The pool was clean and safe and the presence of housekeepers were throughout the building. we have stayed here in the past and will continue to do so when we visit from Pittsburgh.
No Cribs available,room was dirty(carpet)
Not much. Old and run down.
Extremely difficult to access from the highway. Hard to find; virtually no visibility. Hotel should have been torn down when the freeway was built. Non-smoking rooms still reek of old smoke. No breakfast. Cilientele appears to be the bottom of the barrel.
Nothing but the price!
The lobby steps were all cracked . My security lock was pulled out of the wall.It did get fixed when I asked them. The bed was uncomfortable.the comforter was very unattractive.the soap ws very cheaply made. The worst thing is that the oom smelled musty and damp. All my clothes were damp and I had to wash and dry clean every item form my suitcase.. The entrance was exteremly difficult to get in and out of and the entrance was unaccessible. From the major roadway.
I did not like the fact that when I called for directions, noone answered the telephone. I did not like that I spent an hour and 3/4 trying to get to the motels front door. Even though I could see the sign.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The motel was disgusting. Hallway carpet was filthy with stains all over. The rooms obviously were smoked in. One could see the ash trays on the end table. The smell was unbearable. We had to get another room because of the oppresive stink which we were told was due to spores!! Our new room was filled with the overpowering smell of Fabreeze. No coffee pot in room, no shampoo in room. Our tv was broken and could not be fixed due to the time of day. Although offered we refused to get another room. We just wanted to get through the weekend!
Dirty room, no internet, and no amenities.
the location from the turnpike exit was excellent
I wish there would have been a small coffee maker and coffee
The room was surprisingly quiet considering that there was a highway right outside. The desk staff was very friendly and professional.
There were dark hairs folded into both hand towels, which otherwise looked clean. There are stains on the carpets and fixtures, but it seems like they make an effort to keep everything clean.
The room, bathroom, towels and linen were clean, also the reception area and the premises. Apart from the ugly old stains, also the carpets were clean. The staff was helpful. Complimentary morning coffee and WiFi for 2.99/day was offered. In the first floor, there was neither traffic nor guest noise. They offer four sets of washers and dryers. As a smoker I stood outside a lot, also at night, and could not detect suspicious people or activities. The regular guests are workers and other decent people. With regard to the unbeatable price (if more than one person) the place is acceptable if you can live with the disadvantages.
It is an old motel, clean but outworn. The room smelled old fast food, the bathroom in the morning cigarettes. The second floor seems to be reserved for dog-owners and permanent guests. The GPS does not know the entrance so that your first arrival may be difficult.
The price was right and the hotel was clean we were directly across the street from the king of prussia mall we were close to the highway wawa is across the street staff was excellent
Coffee was tasteless no hair dryer
The rooms need tissues and channel guides!
